We will discuss shipping costs when your order is placed, so that there are no nasty surprises later on.

Exactly how depends on the piece itself.  I can promise that bubble wrap and cardboard will be involved.

From order through construction.  That time really varies.  I have a day job, and I work on orders first in - first out (usually).  Memorial pieces take priority.  They just do.

ooooh..  Tough question.  There are lots of things that factor into price.  Here are just a few of them:

• Size
• Number of pieces
• Color (really!)
• How it's framed
• Design complexity

Can I?  Most likely, yes.

Will I?  Possibly no.  If I can identify the designer and get permission to use the pattern (if I don't already have it), I will gladly make it.  If I can't, I won't.    If I expect copyright protection for my work

Things are generally packed as soon as they're paid - sometimes before so that I can calculate accurate shipping costs.  I tend to ship on Saturdays, although that's not a hard rule.
